Where did you move?

We moved just 10 minutes away from our old location into The Reserve. Our new address is:

500 North Capital of Texas Highway

Building 6, Suite 125

Austin, TX 78746

How do I get to the new office?

The Reserve is 10 minutes away from our current office. The Reserve is a set of buildings that are entirely glass, and they are an emerald-green reflective glass exterior.

Northbound:

If you leave our office driving North on Highway 360 (Capital of TX Hwy), you will pass Bee Cave Road. Then, you will make a U-turn after Wild Basin Road. You will then turn right into The Reserve at 500 N Capital of TX Hwy. The turn in is located immediately after the exit sign for “Bee Caves Road in 1 mile.”

Southbound:

If you are driving southbound on 360 (Capital of TX Hwy), you will pass the Pennybacker bridge (360 Bridge). You will keep driving until you see the exit sign for “Bee Caves Road in 1 mile.” The turn for The Reserve is immediately after that sign.

We will be located in Building 6. The driveway will lead you directly passed Building 6 if you follow the flow of the road. We will be on the bottom floor of Building 6. Please park in any parking spots labeled “Building 6.”

We will have photos of the route and buildings soon. We will also have directions up on the website soon. Please check this website often in order to watch our status / updates.

Update 8/5/14

Here are some photos from a walkthrough on August 2nd, 2014. Demolition has begun, and we are rearranging the furniture! It doesn’t look like much yet, but it will be coming together nicely.

austin family medicine - Building 601 – We will be located in Building 6 of The Reserve which is located at 500 N Capital of TX Hwy.

austin family medicine - Front Door03 – This is our front door to building 6 which leads to both of our medical offices

austin family medicine - Family medicine suite04 - Austin Family Medicine Associates (Suite 125)

austin family medicine - Aesthetica05 - Aesthetica Med Spa (Suite 100)

austin family medicine - Check In07 – The check in window is being expanded right now in order to facilitate quicker checking in with more privacy.

austin family medicine - The Plans08 – The build out plans sitting on our future check out area.

austin family medicine - Weight Check10 – This is the first area you will see as you are being brought back as a patient. The dreaded weight scales. In order to protect everyone, I did not take a picture of the actual scales.

austin family medicine - Nurses Station11 – The carpet cut out on the floor shows the outline of our future nurses’ station. The carpeted area beyond the cut-out will actually be partitioned off into 4 exam rooms. The dangling electrical outlets will be removed before patients are allowed to the back. However, we may keep one freely hanging in case we need to plug someone into the house current (ie shock their heart back into rhythm).

austin family medicine - Sneed Office14 – This is Dr. Sneed’s future office. Bigger, better and it has windows! Both physician offices will be used to conduct consultations (blood work follow-up, weight loss, stem cell therapy, and hormone follow-up) in addition to his daily work.

austin family medicine - Oubre Office15 – This is Dr. Oubre’s future office. He is moving up in the world quickly! He will also be using his office to conduct consultations (HDL follow up, hormone follow-up, weight loss, and stem cell therapy discussions).

austin family medicine - Surgery Room20 – This is our future surgery room. It doesn’t look like much, but it will be nice once it is completed.

austin family medicine - Future concierge service25 – This is our future concierge service room. This will be an add-on feature that will be developing as we move. We will have more updates on this as it begins to develop.

Notice: This is an additional feature that will be joining our practice. We know that many physicians in the area are switching to concierge-only service. We do NOT have any intention of making a concierge only practice. Let me repeat that: we will NOT be a concierge only practice. The concierge practice will exist within the already established medical practice. The concierge service will be an additional facet to our already existing body of patients, and it is NOT designed to alienate anyone. We will still be accepting new patients with or without insurance regardless of their desire to be a part of the concierge service.
